process.  Throughout all phases of construction, we strive to put our clients in control of the process. Our clients are typically building on the dreams they have had for many years. They have a vision of the perfect Rocky Mountain home or ski cabin and now they have the complicated task of making that a reality. Teton Heritage Builders has developed many tools and systems to help our client’s marry their vision with a budget and a schedule. 



This process starts during the Pre-construction phase.   Since 1996, our team has developed a 38 page estimating spread sheet that we use to create budgets as early as the schematic design phase.  Our Construction phase tools facilitate clear communication, complete information, and transparency - again enabling client control and a problem solving atmosphere. And finally, during Post Construction we facilitate a smooth move-in, hassle free system orientation and full service 12 month warranty support.
