Located in the Yellowstone Club, at the base of Lone Peak, YC 428 is another example of the Mountain Modern home, designed by Centre Sky Architects. This home has many cool features, including a massive garage with interior barn sliding doors. This project was completed in the Fall of 2020.

Another THB/Centre Sky Architects collaboration brings the modern rustic Ski Tip at Spanish Peaks to life. While staying true to the rustic nature of Teton Heritage Builders’ other great speculative projects, Clean Line Consulting has helped to update the home to a more modern feel.

This blend of Mountain Modern and Rustic design is a showcase home for THB and Centre Sky Architects. The blend of low sloped roof lines and traditional gables are a stunning detail that will be enjoyed to the highest energy codes used in North America.
