Jon is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in construction management across the Caribbean and the UK who has overseen key finishing aspects of both large-scale luxury residential developments and incredible unique private residences. His client-focused approach and technical expertise have helped secure referral contracts with international architecture firms and clients.
His previous projects range from turnkey luxury residences to bespoke luxury refurbishments and five-star resort construction. His responsibilities consistently include leadership of site teams, safety and compliance oversight, procurement, and making sure every project is delivered to the highest quality standard. Starting his career in groundwork and progressing to foreman and engineering roles, Jon combines hands-on technical experience with strategic project management and a wide ranging international experience.
When not at work, Jon enjoys spending time exploring the world, locally and internationally, playing and coaching rugby and experiencing the natural beauty and freedom of Montana.
