LEED Certified Building

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

Many, if not all, of Teton Heritage Builders’ standard construction practices count towards LEED certification. We combine practices such as the use of recycled materials, energy efficient systems, ensuring building envelope integrity, efficient irrigation design and pollution management. If LEED certification is a goal in your project, one of our LEED Accredited Professionals will be part of your building team to create a design and construction plan that will meet any LEED certified level (Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum). Our LEED AP will be involved every step of the way overseeing the construction process to ensure all work is performed in accordance with the design and construction plan.

“LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system,  providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.” – US Green Building Council

Teton Heritage Builders is proud to have built the second NAHBGreen Certified home in Gallatin County, Montana.  We delivered this energy efficient home to our clients in Bozeman, MT at no extra contract cost.  They asked for it and we delivered.  Contact us about building your GREEN home in the Rockies.
