If you would like help moving in THB will make our team available to assist. Your home will be professionally cleaned and we will prepare for you the best operation and maintenance manuals in the Northern Rockies. In addition, we take you through the operation of your home: mechanical systems, electrical systems, home automation, hot tubs, pools, etc. This includes running through the O&M manual as well as any maintenance videos we may have created. Like we said, this is another step in the process of our relationship.
Check-up and Warranty
Regardless of how careful the movers are there may be a ding or two that occur during move-in. We expect it and we take care of it during the one-month check-up. And we will be back at the one-year anniversary to attend to any concerns you might have, check your systems, and touch-up anything that might require it. If any unforeseen situation arises, we are able to respond to your needs.
