Luxury
Since our inception in 1996, THB personnel have always installed the finish trim in our homes and many times we craft the logs, timbers, framing, siding and cabinetry. This pursuit of excellence starts with us and spreads through our trade partners such that we deliver luxurious, magazine quality homes.
Changes
Nobody likes them – not the owner, the architect, nor the builder. By getting THB involved early in the process we will have a clear understanding of your desires and the architect’s intent in order to define the work without having to change the path in mid-stride. Barring that, or if you do change your mind, we can buy the new program with a full understanding of historical costs so that even a change order will be purchased for the best price.
Scheduling
We carefully track our crew and subcontractor progress and material deliveries to ensure that no unnecessary delays occur. Also, if unforeseen conditions arise which will impact the completion date, we find alternatives to get the project back on track. Our goal is to deliver your dream home when you want it.
