Skillfully designed by Reid Smith Architects of Bozeman, the home is perched on the edge of the Ranches at Snake River Sporting Club. With a commanding view of the Snake River, both north and south, this home will generate plenty of enthusiasm for the outdoors and the blue ribbon fishing it overlooks. Currently used in commercial applications, this private home will be one of the first to incorporate Halio window technology. The Halio system allows for tinting of glass panels with the use of wireless controls. Although this home is large in scale, it incorporates many low-energy consumption features. The use of super-insulation, geo-thermal heat recovery and photo-voltaic panels will reduce the energy bill significantly. Designed with family in mind this two-level home also features a roof-top garden. Expected completion date is Spring of 2024.
