Black Bull Bozeman Custom Home Building Progress Report 1

January 24, 2014

Black Bull Bozeman Lot 216 Western view

The Teton Heritage Builder team has been working hard on getting the Lot 216 project up and moving at Black Bull Subdivision in Bozeman.  This home, designed by Talus Architects of Bozeman, MT, will be going on the market in the next few months.  It is a stick framed home with timber details both inside and out.  The Great Room offers fantastic views of the Spanish Peaks mountain range, that you can see upon entering the home through the foyer.  It is a 4 bedroom home with open concept Kitchen, Dining and Great Room space.  The Great Room is vaulted to capitalize on the grand room feeling.

The home has a very nice sized Master bedroom on the main floor with a huge walk-in closet and master bathroom.  It faces towards the same views of the Spanish Peaks that the Great Room does.  There is an additional bedroom on the main floor with it’s own bathroom as well.  An office, laundry room and mudroom complete the first floor in a tremendous layout.  In addition, the home features a 3 car garage.

On the second floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, a rec room and an additional full bathroom.  The rec room features a vaulted ceiling as well and is perfectly suited as a TV area.

One of the best things about the home is it’s location.  Situated on a fantastic Estate lot in the Black Bull subdivision, which is home to a premier Tom Weiskopf designed golf course, this lot backs up to open space, and, therefore, will never have a home located behind it.  It is very close to Bozeman, MT, and within driving distance of 2 phenomenal ski resorts, Bridger Creek and Big Sky.

This home embodies all that Teton Heritage holds dear in our business:  Creating Legacy homes with an attention to detail and quality that is unsurpassed in our markets.

Stay tuned for more pictures, as the project progresses.

Glowing Client Testimonials

April 25, 2012

Teton Heritage Builders has been erecting custom buildings for 16 years throughout Montana and Wyoming and we are certainly not ashamed of any part of our past.  In fact, we are very proud of our custom homes and commercial projects in the Northern Rockies.   To us it is no coincidence that our impressive building resume comes with a long list of glowing client testimonials.

As part of our standard practices we recommend that all of our potential clients contact our past clientele to get the scoop on Teton Heritage Builders.  We know that this is a fairly common practice for most businesses, but we are also aware that clients can be selectively left off the reference list for varying reasons.  That is not how we operate.  We open our rolodex to potential clients as far back as they want to go.  Whether it’s for a high end commercial project in Big Sky, Montana or a new residential project in Jackson Hole, we are happy to put you in touch with all of the homeowners from our past.

Time and time again we speak with potential clients who are dumbfounded by the overwhelmingly positive feedback they have heard.  One person in particular was surprised to hear not even one negative comment from the references that they contacted.  It’s a good problem to have when a potential client hears nothing but honest, glowing testimonials.  To that end, the entire Teton Heritage Builder’s team urges you to hear the client’s side of the story straight from the source.

Is it our fault homeowners have nothing but praises for Teton Heritage Builders?  Well, I suppose you could say that it is our fault.  Our mission statement was crafted specifically to bring out the best in our employees and our management process fosters employees who love coming to work.  We are ecstatic that our values and dedication shine through to our clients and are reflected in the finished product.  Everybody from our President to our skilled finish carpenters are proud each time we deliver a new home which exceeds the expectations of the homeowner.  We couldn’t be any happier with our reputation for building excellence in Big Sky, Montana and  Jackson, Wyoming.

Don’t take our word for it!  Head to the TESTIMONIALS page of our website and read some quotes for yourself.  And if you still aren’t convinced we will be happy to personally put you in touch with our past clients so you can hear for yourself.

THB Montana Office Project A Success

January 18, 2012

Teton Heritage Builders was ecstatic to invest in an existing building in Gallatin Gateway, MT and move its Montana office in April of 2011.   It was a fun project to take from concept to completion.  Certainly a process that we couldn’t have done without the generous help and hard work from our partners in the Big Sky area.

Architectural conception and design work was provided by Jamie Daugaard of Centre Sky Architecture who helped us deliver a western contemporary look to Gallatin Gateway.  RS Bearrow Construction brought the design to life by providing expertise in finishing the exterior elements of the building.  Quarry Works stones stacked and set by Keystone Masonry lend a stoic presence to the facade of the building.

The quality craftsmanship doesn’t stop on the outside – the interior is truly impeccable.  Erica Jennings of Carole Sisson Design put her brilliance to work by bringing a comfortable, elegant style to our space.   Carefully selected materials combined with an inviting color palette create an invigorating environment for both our clients and hard working employees.  Granlie Floor Service skillfully inlaid our logo into the hardwood flooring provided by Henderson Lumber as you enter the reception area of the office.  As you scan the entry you will see gorgeous wainscoting provided by our neighbor Montana Reclaimed Lumber, granite counters by Reliable Granite, tiles from Pierce Flooring, and custom cabinetry by Interwest Cabinets.

We called in Yooper Wall Systems to give us high quality plaster wall finish and Summit Painting took exceptional care with the remaining paint finishes.  All electrical upgrades and fixtures were installed by Tech Electric, one of our longtime partners in the valley.  Manhattan Plumbing and Heating lent their expertise to improve the existing mechanical equipment and systems.  Timberline Insulation came to the rescue by improving the building envelope insulation and soundproofing interior spaces.  Additionally, we had immense support from Gallatin Valley stalwarts Simkins-Hallin Lumber and Kenyon Noble Lumber & Hardware.

We graciously thank all of these companies for their contributions to helping Teton Heritage Builders become a part of the Gallatin Gateway community.  Below are a few photos of the interior.  Check back for more photos to come.

We are happy to provide specific feedback on the high quality work provided by any and all of these companies.
