Dave was born and raised in Atlanta Georgia. He started sweeping houses for a local builder at the age of 16 and never looked back. After interning with John Wieland Homes in Atlanta, Dave has been involved in construction his entire career, residential, commercial, and multifamily. He and his brother ran a successful custom home business for 15 years before Dave transitioned to multifamily and then back to his true passion of high-end custom homes in Atlanta.
Dave fell in love with the west at a young age and has been vacationing here for most of his life. He has been married for 7 years to his beautiful wife, Mila, who shares his enjoyment of the outdoors. In his spare time Dave can be found skiing, whitewater kayaking and teaching wounded veterans to kayak with Team River Runner.
