Natalia was born in Riga, Latvia. She grew up in the Republic of Moldova and attended Free International University, before she relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2013. Natalia joined THB bringing with her, several years of customer service experience in the Jackson Hole community. Her attention to detail, a desire to exceed expectations and good sense of humor are well appreciated. Natalia is fluent in three languages English, Romanian and Russian and brings a worldly view to the office culture. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, running, rafting, and camping with her husband Kevin.
Kristen Mann– Office Manager- Montana
Kristen, who hails from Queens, NY, relocated to Montana with her husband in 2011. She brings over a decade of experience in Luxury Hospitality Management, Front Office expertise and Forbes 5 Star Service Training to her role at THB. Kristen is known for her keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude in all interactions. In her free time, Kristen enjoys hiking, biking, camping, working out and playing Squash with her husband and daughter.
Kaelyn Harrington– Project Coordinator- Montana
A Montanan born and raised, Kaelyn brings authenticity, dedication, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University (Go Cats!), where she developed a foundation for combining structure with creativity. With roots deeply tied to the Montana landscape, she carries forward values of dedication, reliability, and a practical approach to her work. Known for her eye for detail and innovative thinking, Kaelyn balances technical skill with creativity to deliver high-quality results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, walking her dogs, and pursuing creative projects.
