Peter C. Lee, President and Head of Office-Montana- Owner

Peter Lee, a construction expert with a passion for sustainability, moved from Jackson to Bozeman in 2003 to raise his family. Peter and his wife, Tanya, have four children: Morgan, Hudson, Jacky, and Noah.  When he’s not working, Peter enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and traveling the world. He is also an active member of the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary and has been participating in the Rotary Fix-Up Festival for over a decade.

As a co-founder of THB in 1996, Peter has managed numerous construction projects that showcase his ability to create breathtaking buildings. His work has been featured in a variety of publications, including Mountain Living, Western Art & Architecture, Big Sky Journal Home, Log & Timber Home Living, Cowboys & Indians, Custom Wood Homes, Teton Home, as well as the books “Rustic Artistry of the Home” and “Cabins and Camps,” authored by Ralph Kylloe.

In addition to his construction achievements, Peter is committed to reducing America’s carbon footprint. He established THB Energy Solutions, a sister company that specializes in energy-efficient solutions. Peter and his team have retrofitted and installed dozens of geothermal heating systems over the years, helping to make homes more environmentally friendly.

 

Omar Fuentes- Lead Project Manager- Montana- Owner

Omar was born and raised in Bayamón, Puerto Rico and relocated with his parents and siblings to Central Florida in 2000. There, he attended the University of Central Florida and commissioned into the US Army through the Army ROTC program as an Engineer officer. He received training through the US Army Corps of Engineers school in construction practices, construction management, and other engineering tasks. Omar deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 as an engineer officer as a Sapper Platoon Leader conducting combat and route clearance operations. He also trained Afghan Soldiers on combat engineering and construction tasks. His Army career culminated at the rank of Captain while serving in the US Army Special Operations Command as a Psychological Operations officer. His experience in construction management varies from water and waste water pipelining to remodeling hotels and custom home building in the mountains of Colorado. He has held the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute since 2016. Omar has a passion for hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring the wonderful outdoors while sharing those experiences with his wife, two boys and daughter.

 

Robert Donaghey- Business Development and Client Relations- Montana

Robert came to THB with over 14 years in the construction field, first owning and operating a framing and drywall company, and, from 2001-2012, selling construction services.  He has worked on multiple LEED certified projects in the past and his knowledge of the current trends and marketplace allow him to be a tremendous resource for THB clients.  Robert, his wife Kristie and their 2 children, Wesley and Izzie, live in Gallatin Gateway, the Montana home of THB, where they have bred, raised and trained cutting horses for the past 20 years.  When not occupied with work and horses, Robert supports his children in all of their athletic activities.

 

Adam Delvo- Project Manager- Montana

Adam is a Project Manager with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University and over a decade of experience in both custom homebuilding and commercial projects, having successfully managed more than 40 builds ranging from $25K to $17 million. Known for his attention to high-end finishes and commitment to quality, he ensures every project stays on schedule and within budget while meeting the demands of Montana’s challenging environment. Outside of work, Adam enjoys Montana’s outdoors with his wife and three children, spending time snowboarding, camping, boating, fishing, and biking.

 

Joseph Robillard– Project Manager- Montana

Joseph Robillard, Construction Project Manager at Teton Heritage Builders in Bozeman, Montana, brings over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Raised in Anchorage, Alaska, he developed a resilient, detail-driven approach while managing projects ranging from custom homes and subdivisions to schools and government facilities. Known for delivering quality work on time and within budget, he values craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client relationships. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys biking, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with his wife Sharlie and their three children.
