Jeff Morisset– Lead Superintendent– Montana

Jeff is a seasoned construction professional with 30+ years of experience. He began his career in Colorado’s trades, then earned his Bachelor of Science in resource planning and management from the University of Utah in 1993. Jeff has managed high-end multi-family developments, commercial buildings, and production home building. He’s also a proud father passionate about hockey and fly fishing, and his family recently moved to Montana for better fishing opportunities. Jeff is known for his exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards.

 

Chris Keller– Superintendent– Montana

Chris grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended college at Montana State University where he earned his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology and minor degree of Business Administration. In 2013, Chris moved to Montana to work in Glacier National Park and ski instruct at Big Sky. Chris’ passion for construction stems from his childhood where he grew up in a 100 year old home that underwent extensive renovation and later working in trades ranging from concrete work to finish carpentry. He spends his free time skiing, rafting, restoring a classic truck, and hunting with his dog, Gibson.

 

Aaron Heska- Superintendent– Montana

Aaron joins the THB team having been born and raised in northern Michigan. He started his career in the construction industry as a laborer at the young age of 15. He then worked for a company that specialized in Log and Timber frame homes, which then developed into a Project Manager for a high-end custom home builder in Michigan. Aaron fell in love with the construction industry and hasn’t turned back. Aaron and his Fiancé have 2 boys and 2 girls and they all enjoy the outdoors- which brought them to Montana. In his spare time, Aaron can be found either hunting, fishing, camping, or snowboarding.

 

Dave Hickman– Superintendent– Montana

Dave, a lifelong Atlantan, began his construction journey at 16 and has built a diverse career across residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. After running a successful custom home business with his brother for 15 years, he returned to his passion for high-end custom homes in Atlanta. A longtime admirer of the West, he has vacationed there for much of his life. Dave has been married for seven years to his wife, Mila, and enjoys skiing, whitewater kayaking, and volunteering with Team River Runner to teach wounded veterans how to kayak.

 

Jon Stott- Superintendent– Montana

Jon is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience managing luxury residential and resort projects across the Caribbean and the UK. Starting his career in groundwork and progressing through foreman and engineering roles, he combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic project management and a strong client-focused approach that has earned him repeat business from international firms and clients. Known for leading teams to deliver exceptional quality, safety, and compliance, Jon brings the same dedication to his personal life, where he enjoys traveling, coaching rugby, and exploring the outdoors of Montana.
